By completing your order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

• Multiple Payments: A 2% processing fee will be added to the cost of your share, and the total will be divided into 3 equal amounts. The first amount will be charged to your credit card at checkout. The second amount will be charged to your credit card 2 months from the day you register. The third and final amount will be charged to your credit card 4 months from the day you register.
  
  
• The purchase of a CSA share represents a season-long commitment. If you are unable to claim your share on your designated pickup day, please have a friend or neighbor pick it up for you or contact us prior to delivery to make alternate arrangements. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for unclaimed shares at neighborhood pickup sites or at the farm. Unclaimed food at the end of pick up day will be donated.
  
  
• To get the most from your CSA experience, members are asked to please join our farm email newsletter. (subscription box located at the bottom of the page).  The newsletter provides an overview of your farm share, storage tips, cooking techniques, recipes, event reminders and updates from the farm.  Additionally, this is our primary method to communicate important changes to our CSA membership.
