We started farming on a quarter acre of land with only a few hand tools and we have steadily grown to manage 40 certified organic acres of farmland.  Over our 13 years farming, we’ve fed over 3,000 families and built a reputation for consistent, fresh, flavorful food produced with integrity.

We are honored to grow food on our rich, northern Illinois prairie soils. We have a deep dedication to our soils, our land and fostering our natural ecosystem.  Through a diverse program of fertility management, our soils are now healthier and more productive than they were when we first started farming them.  These soils foster the flavor and high-quality of the food we grow.
